The Santoku knife, completes the cook’s panoply.
It is a Japanese chef’s knife: handy and versatile. You can also: julienne your fruits and vegetables, slice, mince your herbs, chop meat and fish.
Equipped with alveoli, they act as air cushions to prevent food from sticking.

The back of the blade is rounded for optimal cutting comfort. The edge of the blade is polished with leather.

Authentic and natural, the handle is made of ash wood. The traditional design responds to the demanding culinary uses, which are: performance and precision of cutting, comfort in hand for a controlled gesture, robustness and ease of maintenance.
