Pepper mills and salt mills are generally differentiated by the shape of their mechanism: the salt mechanism is flat while the pepper mechanism is more voluminous. We have succeeded in coupling these two specific mechanisms in a single product.<\/span><\/p>\n

To fill your pepper and salt mill, you can use black, white or red peppercorns, or pink berries or coriander seeds. It is important to use only grains smaller than 6 mm in diameter.<\/span><\/p>\n

We recommend using a 4 mm diameter salt. Our manual and electric mills are also suitable for grinding coarse dry kitchen salt, such as white salt, pink salt or Persian blue salt.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to maintain your salt and pepper mill to ensure its longevity<\/b><\/p>\n

It is not recommended to wash the mills in the dishwasher.<\/span><\/p>\n

If your mill no longer grinds peppercorns efficiently, it may be due to a build-up of residue. It is important not to wash it with water as this can damage the mill and make it unusable.<\/span><\/p>\n

To clean a pepper mill effectively, it is advisable to use a damp, white cloth. After cleaning, it is important to dry the mill well to avoid any traces of moisture. The internal mechanisms must never be immersed in water or wet in any way.<\/span><\/p>\n
